Recurring revenue is the only number that changes your business.

Project work resets to zero every month. Recurring revenue is the holy grail. Most agencies already deliver one or two of these. The reason Agencies don't sell more recurring services is because it means managing more people, and we know how that ends.

The problem with recurring revenue is that it means more staff. Until now.

A new client should add revenue. It shouldn't mean you have to recruit, train, and manage a new team member.

The old way
The headless way
Hire, train, then hope they do not leave just as they get good (they will).
Install a system that follows the same process every time.
Write an SOP. Find it 6 months later. Realise nobody read it.
Turn the process into a "skill" that does the repeatable work.
Add another person every time client work stacks up.
Serve more clients with the same delivery system.
Spend the week checking delivery between sales calls.
Focus on decisions, client relationships and strategy.

It works no matter what you sell and no matter where you live.

Your clients have their own jargon, nuances and odd requests. Fine. The system starts with your process, then uses the right inputs for each client.

02 / THE CURRICULUM

Figuring this out yourself will take months and be extremely painful.

This is a structured curriculum you implement. Each week builds toward a working agency pipeline. You build the work inside your business, bring it back to the next call and keep going.

01

Foundation

Set up Viktor in Slack, connect the tools that matter, learn the anatomy of a skill and map the first jobs you want to delegate. Keep your credit usage under control too. Nobody enjoys a surprise credit bill.

02

Build the library

Install the client-ready skills: brand guide, research, proposal, strategy, pages, content, social, newsletter, sitemap and reporting. The work clients keep buying.

03

Orchestrate the work

Run skills in the right order, add approval gates where your judgment matters and keep each job in its own channel. Your team can see what is moving and what needs a decision.

04

Scale what works

Use the same operating system across clients, add new services when they make sense and build the next skills as the agency grows.

How it works: You follow our proven process and implement it step by step. Each week there are accountability calls to keep you honest. You also have access to the entire team and community of other agency owners in our private Slack.

Then what?

Once it's running, here's the entirety of your job as the agency owner.

01
Sales

Sign clients.

Relationships, network, conversations, proposals. Humans buy from humans. You're the face. The system doesn't do this. And it shouldn't.

02
Strategy

Have strategic conversations.

Two check-ins per client per month. What's working, what isn't, what's next. This is where you keep the relationship strong and earn renewal.

03
Supervision

Supervise the system.

Watch quality. Spot patterns. Iterate skills. The system gets smarter because you make it smarter, not because anyone outside your business does.

Sales, strategy, and supervision. The three things you actually got into business for in the first place.

Real agencies we have helped.

The proof is in the commercial result. Sure, this is a great supportive community, but what you really want is ROI.

$250K+/yrRECURRING INCOME ADDED

“Since our last quarterly meeting, I've added over $250,000/yr in recurring income to the business on my own.”

Adam Silverman
100%+REVENUE GROWTH YOY

“Three months in, we took on six new clients in a single month and revenue is up over 100% year on year.”

Ryan Mathews

This is for you if

  • You run an agency and delivery relies on people you need to hire, train and manage.
  • You are a solo operator already doing too much.
  • You are starting from scratch and want the system built properly.
  • You want a small agency that makes commercial sense.

This is not for you if

  • You want more headcount and a bigger management layer.
  • Your agency already runs itself.
  • You are chasing 200 clients and a management layer.
  • You cannot make time to build the system.
04 / THE INVESTMENT

$15,000 AUD for 90 days. $1,500 refundable deposit to book.

The 90-day Headless Lab engagement is $15,000 AUD (plus GST). To lock in your spot we take a $1,500 AUD (plus GST) refundable deposit. If we decide on the onboarding call that it is not the right fit, we refund the deposit in full. If we are a good fit, the deposit is credited against your engagement fee and we invoice the $13,500 balance.

Step 01
Pay your deposit

$1,500 AUD (plus GST) through Stripe. Takes about 60 seconds.

Step 02
Book your onboarding call

You go straight to the calendar after checkout. On the call we map the first 90 days.

Step 03
Fit or full refund

If we agree it is a fit, the deposit is credited against your $15,000 fee and we invoice the balance. If not, we refund it in full.

Pay Your Deposit Fully refundable if we decide it is not the right fit. Not refundable if you change your mind.
The guarantee

Do the work and you will have a working skill library. We will put that in writing.

Show up, do the work and use it on real client work. We keep working with you until the library is running. No extra cost.

You build it in your own business, with your own clients. We review it every week and help you fix it. That is the whole deal.

Your end of it
  • Come to each call, or watch the replay that same week.
  • Complete the build after each call and submit it for review.
  • Install the skills inside your own Viktor, where client work actually happens.
  • Bring the work to the room. We can see it, fix it and move on.

Meet the 4 commitments and you will have the library. It will run in your business on real client work.

We close the doors when we hit capacity.

This is a small team. We know your work, review it on the calls and answer questions in private Slack. That only works when the room stays a size we can properly support. When it fills, we close the doors until there is room again.

MODEL.
